Summer Rates (April 1st – October 31st)
$450/night for 2 guests; $25/night for each additional guest (4 guest maximum, including children)
13.5% county tax/tourism fee
3 night minimum
Example: 4 people for 3 nights. ($450/night + $50 for two additional guests = $500/night or $1,500 for 3 nights. Plus 13.5% county tax = $1702.50)
No hidden fees since you're booking directly with us
Winter Rates (November 1st – March 31st, excluding holidays)
$350/night for 2 guests; $25/night for each additional guest (4 guest maximum, including children)
13.5% county tax/tourism fee
2 night minimum
Example: 4 people for 2 nights. ($350/night + $50 for two additional guests = $400/night or $800 for 2 nights. Plus 13.5% county tax = $908)
No hidden fees since you're booking directly with us
Cancellation Policy
50% of your total stay will be billed at the time of the reservation. This is refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay. 14 days prior to your stay, you will be billed the remaining 50% of your total stay, after which point refunds are not available.
